Sælid has extensive industrial experience from software industry, process industry and maritime industry such as Prediktor, Kongsberg Maritime and Norsk Hydro. He has been adjunct professor at NTNU (now emeritus) for 26 years. Sælid has several times created business by bringing ideas from research to commercial products in the areas of dynamic positioning, process control, analytical instrumentation, and software products for simulation-, process optimization-, operation- and control. Sælid has a MSc and a PhD in control engineering.

Business development experience from Europe, US, Asia as well as the Middle East and West Africa. Spent four years in California developing technology and industrial projects for Norsk Hydro in the US. Has served on the board of several unlisted companies both in Norway and the US as well as listed companies in Norway.
Per has a broad background within international Industrial Gases. Worked for Norsk Hydro in Holland for 3 years, and has business development experience from Europe and Asia. He served as CEO for Praxair Scandinavia from 2007 to 2018. Has served on the board of several companies in Europe.
A true hydrogen pioneer, from both the business side and research. Bjørn has been instrumental in building the world leading hydrogen company, Nel, from its listing in 2014. Hiking from the north of Norway to the south, and back again some years back, briefly indicates his passion for nature.
Reidar has a broad industrial background both from the oil and gas industry, but for the last 30 years his main focus has been on renewable energies and cleantech. Reidar was one of the two founders of REC; the first fully integrated solar (PV) company and for many years also globally the largest PV company. Reidar has founded, and been involved in several clean tech start-ups, both operationally and financially and is a believer in innovative solutions. As such, and as a curiosity, he was the first non-American that bought a Tesla back in 2006 (car no 24).
We in ICT have chosen to challenge the boundaries of technology and contribute to enabling liquid hydrogen (LH2) to become a commodity via new solutions for transportation and storage.
