Ivar has a broad background with industrial gases from Air Liquide, where he over the last 15 years has held numerous roles within Sales Management and Business Development. Recently his main focus has been on renewable energies, and the development of Biomethane as an energy carrier on the Norwegian market. Working in Air Liquide, Ivar was heavily involved in Hydrogen projects, and also in establishing the first Norwegian Hydrogen on-site refueling station for buses, in Oslo.
Mechanical engineer with theoretical and practical experience from the oil and gas- and the zoo plankton industry. Worked with design of subsea structures and remotely operated tools for work in the splash zone. Product manager and responsible for the subsea test center in Trondheim. International experience from Houston TX where he worked as the responsible engineer for the company’s products.

PhD in marine civil engineering from NTNU. Ten years’ experience in R&D with SINTEF Energy, focusing on offshore wind energy, systems engineering, control system design, electromechanical interactions, and probability theory. Six years as an industrial R&D engineer with Boeing Commercial Airplanes, developing analysis and certification methods for advanced composite structures on the Boeing 787 aircraft

Spent four years in California developing technology and industrial projects for Norsk Hydro in the US. Has served on the board of several unlisted companies both in Norway and the US as well as listed companies in Norway.
Per has a broad background within international Industrial Gases. Worked for Norsk Hydro in Holland for 3 years, and has business development experience from Europe and Asia. He served as CEO for Praxair Scandinavia from 2007 to 2018. Has served on the board of several companies in Europe.
A true hydrogen pioneer, from both the business side and research. Bjørn has been instrumental in building the world leading hydrogen company, Nel, from its listing in 2014. Hiking from the north of Norway to the south, and back again some years back, briefly indicates his passion for nature.

Reidar has a broad industrial background both from the oil and gas industry, but for the last 30 years his main focus has been on renewable energies and cleantech. Reidar was one of the two founders of REC; the first fully integrated solar (PV) company and for many years also globally the largest PV company. Reidar has founded, and been involved in several clean tech start-ups, both operationally and financially and is a believer in innovative solutions. As such, and as a curiosity, he was the first non-American that bought a Tesla back in 2006 (car no 24).
Inger-Lise M. Nøstvik
Inger-Lise has more than 30 years of experience including leadership and regulatory engagement within oil and renewable energy providing input to the Norwegian authorities and the wider community. Now she leads an organisation working with sustainable business development. She has an MSC (siv.ing) in Chemical Engineering from NTNU in Trondheim and a Business Economist degree from BI in Oslo. She is acting board member of Aurskog Sparebank and Nedre Romerike Vannverk.
